Backups* Please note that backups are made on an account
on a weekly basis. All server are running dual hard drives with
RAID technology to avoid any loss of data in the even of a hard
drive failure. The backup process will creates a back up copy
of all important files for your account. These files include:
important configuration files, SQL Database,and MYSQL database
files. However, it is the clients duty to keep a back up copy
of any files they upload to the server as BlazeUSA does not back
up any of these such files. These files include: html files, cgi
scripts, php scripts, access databse files, text files, and any
other file a client may need toupload for their web site.
A good way to keep an up to date backup/copy of all your site
files is to set you html editor of ftp programm to upload the
newest files to the server, and to get newer files from the server.
This is particulary helpfull for files they may be edited drirectly
on the server. For example, if you recently edited a cgi script
from another computer on your server, the next time you use your
html editor (such as Dreamweaver) it will detect that your cgi
script on the server is newer that the one on your computer and
save it to you hard drive.
